Expect some vocal opposition to a proposed solar farm in Hatfield at Wednesday night's Zoning Board of Appeals hearing on the project.  The board will hear an appeal from a group of abutters to the Chestnut Street property where a developer wants to erect a large solar array.  The opposition claims the solar installation is not permitted for a rural residential zone, and doesn't properly address health and safety issues.  The public hearing starts at 6:30 p.m..
