The Holyoke McDonalds will be closed indefinitely after fire ripped through the building Saturday morning. The fire at 285 Maple Street started in the kitchen and quickly moved through the ventilation system. There was extensive damage but no one was hurt. Employees are credited with keeping a cool head and evacuating the building.
