MGM Resorts International will unveil its proposal for a Springfield casino on Wednesday.  The "Springfield Republican" reorts the Las Vegas company is looking at a site along Route 91 that would connect to the Mass Mutual Center iwth a skywalk.  Ameristar, Penn National and Hard Rock have also expressed interest in developing a casino in Springfield.  Only one license will be granted in Western Mass.
