An Amherst man wants to develop an indoor-outdoor soccer facility in Chicopee, but officials from the Westover Air Base are opposed to it.  They say the site is in the so-called "Accident Prevention Zone" that's vulnerable to plane crashes.  Developer Don Cameraon has presented a modified plan to city officials which would move an inflatable dome covering six fields out of the crash zone.  He says the threats are exaggerated since no C-5 Galaxy jet has ever crashed in Chicopee.
