Paper City Development and the Holyoke Boys and Girls Club now say they want to develop a piece of property together on Mount Tom.  The club owns the deteriorating former Mount Tom Ski Lodge and outbuildings adjacent to a now-defunct quarry.  The partners tell the "Springfield Republican" they want to develop the 23 acres into a "conservation-driven conference center" with 150 rooms of dorm-style overnight accommodations.  Paper City LLC consists of casino owner Joe Lashinger from Pennsylvania and several local businessmen.
