(Boston, MA) — The Patrick administration will issue three-thousand new vouchers so low-income moms can afford early education for their kids. Governor Patrick made the announcement Tuesday while visiting a Head Start center in Chelsea. This year the Legislature approved an additional 15-million for early childhood education.
