(Quincy MA) — An arrest has been made in the “Puppy Doe” animal cruelty case. Radaslaw Czerkawski was arrested Monday in New Britain, Connecticut. He’ll be arraigned this morning in Quincy District Court on charges related to the the abuse of the pit bull pup. The dog was found in Quincy in August. It had been so badly tortured animal-control officials had to put it down.
