(Boston, MA) — Martha Coakley has thrown her hat into the ring for the 2014 governor’s race. The Democratic Attorney General released a video this morning announcing her candidacy. The 60-year-old Pittsfield native was Middlesex DA before becoming Attorney General in 2007. Coakley will make six campaign stops today starting in Medford.
