Easthampton Mayor’s Race Takes Shape

The Easthampton mayor’s race is shaping up.  School Committee Chairwoman Nancy Sykes will face off against longtime mayoral aide Karen Cadieux.  Both have returned enough signatures to get their names on the ballot for the November 5th city election.  David Ewing of Treehouse Circle has takenout papers but hasn’t returned them yet.  Mayor Michael Tautznik has said he won’t run for a ninth term.
