(Northampton, MA) – A 9-11 conspiracy theorist has returned four stolen American flags to Northampton police.  Police responded to Look Park Wednesday afternoon to find a man trying to obstruct a flag-raising there.  He said he was protesting a “9-11 conspiracy.”  Police say he returned flags stolen from the Leeds Post Office, Cosmian Hall in Florence and Look Park.  His name hasn’t been released because he hasn’t yet been charged.
