Flying Head Leads To Northfield Pot Bust

(Northfield, MA) — An object tossed from the window of a moving car has led to a drug bust in Northfield. Tuesday a man called police saying he was nearly hit by a flying mannequin head, and gave a description of the car it came from. When police made the traffic stop on Main Street they smelled fresh marijuana. A search yielded four garbage bags in the trunk filled with this year’s harvest. Three teenage boys face charges in juvenile court.
