Holyoke Council President Jourdain Eyes Reelection

(Holyoke, MA) — Holyoke City Council President Kevin Jourdain says he has enough votes lined up to be re-elected. Jourdain tells the “Springfield Republican” he has commitments from nine of the fifteen councilors. A year ago he beat longtime council president Joseph McGiverin by one vote.
