Northampton arsonist Anthony Baye will spend the next two decades at Cedar Junction in Walpole, followed by 15 years probation. At yesterday’s sentencing hearing, both sides said they were satisfied justice had been served. The plea deal reduced two first-degree murder charges to manslaughter. In exchange the 28 year old admitted to setting numerous fires in the city over the past six years, including one that killed two men.
