Vermont state officials say they haven’t been told how many jobs could be lost, but a reporter for the Vermont Digger is quoting leaked internal documents from Entergy, saying there could be a 10% reduction is workforce, which would mean about 65 layoffs. Officially Entergy will only say it’s launched a company-wide effort to cut costs, and workforce reductions will be one result.
