Man Injured In Tunnel Bar Fall

(Northampton, MA) — A man is in serious condition after falling 15 feet from the ledge above the Tunnel Bar in Northampton. Witnesses saw the man plummet to the sidewalk late Saturday afternoon. The bar on Strong Avenue is accessed through a massive stone retaining wall. Up above is the old Union Station, as well as a set of train tracks and the city’s bike path.
