Meadowbrook Fire Displaces 15 Families

A fire at Meadowbrook Apartments in Northampton has displaced 39 people.  The fire broke out early Monday afternoon, causing about a half million dollars damage, and leaving the building on the south side of the complex uninhabitable.  Firefighters from five communities responded.  One resident was injured and some pets died.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
