Northampton Political Deadline is Monday

Today is the deadline for political candidates in Northampton to turn in their nomination papers.  Last week former building commissioner Tony Patillo took out papers to run against incumbent Mayor David Narkewicz.  Patillo is also collecting signatures for an at-large seat on the City Council.  Contested races are shaping up in Wards 2, 6, 7 and possibly Ward 3.
