OSHA Probe of Northampton Death “Complicated”

OSHA continues to investigate a worker death at the state’s Department of Transportation facility on North King Street in Northampton.  A  Connecticut man was killed in April after being pinned between two temporary office trailers.  OSHA tells the “Springfield Republican” the case is a complicated one.  The final report is expected by October.
