(Undated) – Advocates for marijuana legalization are setting their sites on Massachusetts. Organizers involved with the group NORML tell the “Globe” they want to get a legalization proposal on the ballot in 2016. The report cites analysts who say that could be a tough battle because of the state’s “long traditional strain.”
