Skate Greenfield Brings Pop Up Park to Fireworks Saturday

Wednesday July 3rd, 2013

A loosely formed organization of skateboarders of all ages are bringing a pop up skateboard park to behind the Middle School in Greenfield this Saturday between 5-8, just before the fireworks.  For the last few years, skaters have had no sanctioned public  place to safely skate and gather in Greenfield.  This is an effort to give the skaters an opportunity to practice without threat from law enforcement and to raise awareness of the desire for a skateboard park in the city
