Northampton property owners are embracing the city’s participation in a state solar program. That means city residents now qualify for the lowest level of pricing from Solarize Massachusetts. Program officials say any Northampton resident who’s already signed up, or does so before September 30th, will get the best deal on start-up costs. More than 40 property owners have signed up since June.
