(Springfield, MA) — Two Springfield residents are behind bars in connection with more than 15 armed robberies in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Friday a 16-year-old boy was arrested at the Springfield High School of Science and Technology. Ten days ago, 23-year-old Monchi Castillo-Cosme was arrested in Warwick, Rhode Island. Police say the two robbed businesses while wielding weapons and wearing masks, including convenience stores in Northampton and Greenfield.
