UMass Restricts Outdoor Nighttime Events

UMass Amherst is restricting nighttime outdoor events as a precaution against mosquito-borne illnesses.  Organizers are encouraged to reschedule their events or move them indoors.  Amherst is considered a high risk community for Eastern Equine Encephalitis.  Two horses in nearby Belchertown have died from Triple-E.
