Get killed off by ‘Game of Thrones’ creator – for a price

George R.R. Martin, the author behind the books that spawned the most popular show in HBO history, is taking charity to a new level with an offer to off you.

The funds benefit the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary and the Food Depot, both in New Mexico, according to CNN.

Fans of “Game of Thrones” can make a small donation to the effort and score some cool merch in the process, but the real deal requires a commitment of $20,000. For that cold, hard cash, you can become a cold, dead body in the next “A Song of Fire and Ice” novel.

According to the charity website handling the donations, there is one female and one male character up for grabs. Martin will name the character after you (or, presumably any name you wish), choose your character’s station in the world, and guarantee that person will meet a “grisly death.”
