(Holyoke, MA)  —  The cousin of Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse has been arrested for DUI in Northampton.  What’s more, 22-year-old Nicholas Duclos was driving a city-owned car that had been issued to the Mayor.  Morse said Duclos took his car keys without permission at Bishops Lounge Friday night.  Police say Duclos sped down Main Street, took an illegal turn onto Pleasant, turned into Union Station and drove onto the rail trail.   Duclos is charged with DUI, speeding, driving without a license, failure to stop, and the improper use of a bike path.
