(Hatfield, MA) — A proposal for a cell phone tower in North Hatfield is getting a rough reception. Wednesday dozens showed up at a Planning Board meeting to oppose the project by AT&T. The monopole would go in a field in a residential area. Residents said the tower would mar the landscape, produce unknown health hazards, and lower their property values.
