Cell Phone Tower Plan Opposed

(Hatfield, MA)  —  A proposal for a cell phone tower in North Hatfield is getting a rough reception.  Wednesday dozens showed up at a Planning Board meeting to oppose the project by AT&T. The monopole would go in a field in a residential area.  Residents said the tower would mar the landscape, produce unknown health hazards, and lower their property values.
