Easthampton Man Faces Drug Charges in Greenfield

(Greenfield, MA) –┬áDrug arrests are on the rise in the town of Greenfield. Police this weekend made two drug-related arrests, one involving an Easthampton man who now faces charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 300 feet of a school. Joshua Alicea was stopped by police near Cheapside this weekend not far from the Greenfield Center School. A Greenfield man is also facing charges in a separate incident where six bags of heroin were found in plain site in a car during a motor vehicle stop on Armory Street.
