Former Hallmark School Head Pleads Guilty

(Springfield, MA)  –  The former director of the Hallmark School of Photography in Turners Falls has pleaded guilty to federal charges.  Prosecutors say George Rosa the Third of Conway spent two-and-a-half million of the institute’s funds for his own purposes.  In doing so he defrauded the Peoples United Bank and filed false tax returns with the federal government.  Rosa will be sentenced on May 29th.
