(Holyoke, MA)  —  Former Holyoke Mayor Dan Szostkiewicz has been convicted of assault and battery in a case involving his ex-wife.  Prosecutors say Szostkiewicz pushed Laureen Reardon off a kitchen stool and shoved her out the door after she entered his home in Southwick in 2012. Szostkiewicz says his experience with the legal system has been “unreal.”  He was mayor of Holyoke from 1996 to 2000.
