Meales Precautions in Place at Baystate Franklin


(Greenfield, MA) – Visitors to Baystate Franklin Medical Center can expect another week of precautionary measures related to the measles. Since April 10th, hospital officials have been manning both of the hospital’s public entrances and asking anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms to wear a mask during their visits. The precautions were instituted after a secondary measles case was discovered in a Smith College professor. The policy is expected to remain in place through Friday, Aprils 25th.
