(Holyoke, MA) — Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse says he’ll suspend the use of the city car given to him, and buy or rent his own vehicle. Questions remain about whether the mayor is entitled to use the city car for late-night socializing. Duclos pleaded not guilty to multiple motor vehicle charges Monday.
