(Northampton, MA) — Entertainment mogul Eric Suher will have a liquor license for his proposed bar on Center Street in Northampton after all. Last night the city’s License Commission approved the transfer of a license from Suher’s unfinished Baptist Church project on Main Street to the so-called Green Room. The commission in May yanked the Green Room license after Suher never opened a venue there after months of broken promises. Suher now says the Green Room will open in September.
