(Holyoke, MA)  —  The Holyoke City Council is moving to clarify its policy on take-home cars.  The matter is on the council’s agenda for Tuesday.  The move comes after Mayor Morse’s cousin was busted in Northampton for drunk driving behind the wheel of Morse’s city-issued car.  Morse has since voluntarily relinquished the keys to the Ford Taurus.
