UMass Marching Band to Pay Tribute at Fenway

(Boston, MA) –┬áIt’s going to be a big weekend for members of the UMass Minuteman Marching Band. The 240-member band will perform the national anthem and will participate in a ceremony honoring the Boston Marathon bombing victims prior to Sunday night’s nationally-televised Red Sox-Orioles game at Fenway Park. The band will,alongside 35 bagpipers and Scottish drummers, perform the melody “Highland Cathedral” as part of the pre-game ceremony.
