Westhampton Man Charged with Second OUI

(Easthampton, MA) – A Westhampton man is being arraigned this morning on second-offense OUI. Saturday 37-year-old Joshua Clifford was pulled over by Easthampton police for driving on the wrong side of South Street. He allegedly fled at high speed, blew through two stop signs, hit a pole, and smashed into another car on Loudville Road. The 37-year-old man was arrested around 6 p.m. on North Road in Westhampton, not far from his home on Kings Highway.
