Kip Moore’s 'Somethin' 'Bout a Truck' earns gold status

Kip Moore's climb to fame in country music continues as his latest single "Somethin' About A Truck" has been certified gold for sales exceeding 500,000 digital downloads.

Moore received the news while on stage in Knoxville, TN.

“That was a complete surprise,” Moore told GAC’s ‘Headline Country.’ “I still can’t wrap my head around a gold record. You hope for those things to happen, but you don’t expect them to happen. You’re so used to things not happening, and then when they finally do, it’s like, ‘Who’s playing a joke on me?’”
