Northampton High School is again one of two in Western Mass. that has been named as being among the top nine percent of schools in the country in preparing students for college.  The Washington Post listing ranks Northampton High as 17th in a list of about 1900 schools that make the grade.  Northampton High and Central High School in Springfield were also on this list of the top ranked schools last year.
