Western Mass. Marks One Year Tornado Anniversary

Today markes the one year anniversary of the June first tornado that cut a path of devastation through Western Massachusetts.  People will gather inside the Old First Church in downtown Springfield for a ringing of church bells at 4:37 p.m., marking the exact time when the tornado touched down in Springfield.  Senator Scott Brown toured Springfield Thursday, saying he was impressed with the overall progress made following last year's tornado.  Brown says he does have some concerns about reimbursements from FEMA that have yet to come through.  Brown took a walking tour of a section of the East Forest Park neighborhood that was heavily damaged in the storm.
