Izzy Stradlin rejoins Guns N' Roses on stage

Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Izzy Stradlin rejoined the band on stage in London on Thursday night for the first time in six years.

The rocker took to the stage with his former bandmates at the O2 Arena to perform hit tracks including "Knockin' On Heaven's Door," "Nightrain" and "Paradise City," as well as 14 Years, which the band hasn't performed live since 1991 - the year Stradlin quit.

A post on the band's Twitter page reads, "If you're here at the O2 in London, you just witnessed Axl Rose sing 14 Years with Mr. Izzy Stradlin! GNR London 2012."

Stradlin last played with the band in 2006.

The onstage reunion comes just weeks after both Stradlin and frontman Rose decided to skip the band's induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
