An Easthampton woman has pleaded not guilty to larceny charges for bilking clients involved in a condo complex project. Heather Whitley and her former wife Nancy were trying to develop a former Easthampton mill into a condo complex for older gay people. The project never came together, and clients complained that the Whitleys never returned their money. Nancy Whitley is also charged in the case, and is scheduled to be arraigned next week.
