The second of two women who tried to develop a gay and lesbian condo project in Easthampton says she's not guilty of bilking potential residents. People hoping to live at "Paradise One" say Nancy Whitley took their money and never gave it back when the project fell through. Whitley was arraigned Monday in Hampshire Superior Court. Her former wife Heather Whitely pleaded not guilty to similar charges at her arraignment, and both are due back in court for pretrial hearings in September.
