Slash, Adam Levine release song for charity (VIDEO)

Former Guns N' Roses rocker Slash is releasing a special video and song in a bid to raise funds for a homeless shelter for youngsters in Los Angeles.

A new version of his track "Gotten," which features Maroon 5 star Adam Levine, can be downloaded by donating cash to the Los Angeles Youth Network.

Taking to his Twitter page on Thursday, the guitarist writes, "Support the kids at Los Angeles Youth Network... Donate today. Any amount helps."
