Federal Prosecutor Carmen Ortiz has ramped up her investigation of the state Probation Department in recent months.  Now investigators are turning their focus to Masschusetts legislators, including House Speaker Robert DeLeo.  The Boston Globe reports several Democratic lawmakers have testified before a grand jury in recent weeks, with testimony indicating former Probation Commissioner John O'Brien lined up votes among house members to vote for DeLeo to become speaker.  DeLeo denies trading patronage jobs from O'Brien for votes.  O'Brien faces federal corruption charges in the probation scandal.  No lawmakers have been charged.
