Northampton Police are investigating an alleged assault on the bike path Tuesday night.  Police say a 19 year old Southampton man reported that three men jumped him as he walked on the path just before midnight.  The man says he was punched, kicked and hit with something like a baseball bat, and had his phone and wallet stolen.  The unidentified teen was treated for injuries at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
