A Boston company wants to build a 3-megawatt solar plant on Mill Valley Road in Hadley.  The 12 acres near the Amherst line is now a corn field owned by Wayne Goulet of the Allard Farm.  THe land would be leased to a company called Nexamp.  A number of state and local permits are necessary for the project to go forward.
