A UMass student has been arrested for breaking into the Amherst College health center and defacing it with swastikas. 20-year old Bradley Keigwin of North Falmouth has pleaded not guilty. The university's dean of students is reviewing the case to see if disciplinary action will be taken. Meanwhile, District Attorney David Sullivan says even though a swastika is offensive, additional elements must be established to prosecute under the hate crimes statute.
