The Massachusetts Medical Society has officially come out against two questions on the November ballot.  On the question of physician-assisted suicide, the MMS says that's "fundamentally incompatible with the physician's role as healer."  As for medical marijuana, the society says the health benefits of pot have not been proven.  The Massachusetts Medical Society represents more than 24,000 physicians in the state.
