Restaurant King Claudio Guerra has finally made good on some $38,000 in meals taxes owed to the city of Northampton. He was able to do that after making $150,000 selling the Spoleto liquor license. Spoleto moved from 50 Main Street and took over Guerra's Paradise City Tavern last month, leaving the extra license. Guerra owns six restaurants in Western Mass including the Mama Iguana's at the Basketball Hall of Fame.
