It's going to cost close to $7.37 million to rebuild Rowe Elementary School.  That's according to an engineering report issued to the town this month.  The estimate is about $77,000 more than the estimate given by the town's insurance adjuster.  Rowe officials haven't decided yet whether to rebuild after their school was destroyed by a lightning strike.  The students are now studying at the Hawlemont Elementary School.
