Just days away from the anniversary of last year's October snowstorm, Massachusetts is again eyeing a possible pre-Halloween storm. The National Weather Service is warning that Hurricane Sandy has the potential to rival the great Nor'easters of the past, depending on its track. The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is already recommending early preparation to minimize potential damage. Hurricane Sandy could hit New England waters right at the 21st anniversary of the infamous "Perfect Storm" that took the lives of six Gloucester fishermen. WHMP News is monitoring the storm and will continue to keep you posted.
